Russia raises duty on wheat exports

September 24, Fineko/abc.az. The export duty on wheat from Russia from 29 September to 5 October inclusive to increase to $53.5 from $50.9 per ton (this rate is valid from 22 September).

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation reports that the duty on barley will increase up to $35.3 from $31 per ton, on corn will decrease to $46.3 from $47.8 per ton.

The amount of duties is calculated on the basis of indicative prices. The price for wheat was $276.5 per ton ($272.8 a week earlier), for barley $235.5 ($229.4), and for corn $251.2 ($253.4).
