For past 8 months consumer goods have grown in price more than by 3%

September 28, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2021 the cost of goods and services sold to meet the needs of consumers amounted to AZN 31.8 bn (a rise of 3.3% in comparable prices against the same term of 2020).

ABC.AZ reports that the cost of goods and services sold by economic entities of the non-state sector increased by 3% (versus Jan-Aug 2020) up to AZN 30.6 bn, 46.9% of which were formed due to activities of individual entrepreneurs.

For the reporting period one consumer spent an average of 396.8 manats per month, or 28.1 manats more than in nominal terms for the same period of 2020.
