October 5, Fineko/abc.az. On 4 October, President Ilham Aliyev paid a visit to Jabrayil.

ABC.AZ reports that during the visit the head of state spoke about some important points.

He noted that the liberation of Jabrayil began five years ago.

"As a result of the April fighting, it became possible for people to return to village Jojug Marjanli. After the liberation of the strategic heights from the invaders, the return of life to Jojug Marjanli has already become possible. And it was our important Victory. Because it was our first big Victory after a long break, a ceasefire. However, at that time the Armenians wanted to belittle the significance of this Victory. They even claimed that these territories are not so important, and the Armenian side allegedly won," President Aliyev said.
