April 10, Fineko/abc.az. Parvin Mirzazadeh, the head of the State Protocol Department of the Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Ministry, has received Refik Shabanovich, charge d'affaires of Croatia in Baku.

"Refik Shabanovich handed over a note of the Croatian Foreign Affairs Ministry on the opening of the Croatian Embassy in Azerbaijan with residence in Baku," the Azerbaijani Ministry informed.

So far, a temporary office of Croatia has operated in Baku.

Parvin Mirzazadeh stressed that raising the status of the diplomatic representation of the Republic of Croatia would give impetus to the further expansion and development of cooperation and friendship between the two countries.
