A lawsuit filed against company Xaliq Faiqoğlu

October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Grand Motors LLC, which is mainly engaged in the sale of buses and trucks in Azerbaijan, has filed a lawsuit against a company engaged in the transportation of passengers in Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that the company appealed to the commercial court in connection with Xaliq Faiqoğlu LLC.

The reason for the appeal is a dispute over obligations arising from the contract of sale. The issue is being considered at the Baku Court of Appeal.

Xaliq Faiqoğlu is a company that carries out public passenger transportation within the city of Baku.
