Mortgage Fund has given mortgage loans for AZN 300 million for 10 months

October 26, Fineko/abc.az. Over almost 10 months of 2021 the largest number of mortgage loans was given to citizens through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund for the years of Fund's activity.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Fund that from January of this year to today, the authorized banks have secured the giving of 4,538 mortgage loans in the amount of AZN 300 million.

In general, from 2006 to today the total amount of mortgage loans given at the expense of the Fund reached AZN 1.94 bn, and the number of families who improved their housing situation due to these loans exceeded AZN 36,000.
