October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has recorded 2,420 new cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19)  for past 24 hours, 1,358 recovery and 29 death cases.

According to the Cabinet’s Operational Headquarters, 524,788 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan today, including 489,032 recoveries and 6,995 deaths. The number of active patients is 28,761.

Over the last 24 hours 13,827 tests were conducted to detect new cases of coronavirus. The rate of tests in Azerbaijan since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 5,158,035 tests.
