November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has determined the rates and details of payment of the state duty for the registration of cell phones imported by individuals into the country for personal consumption, with the exception of mobile devices imported by legal entities and individuals for the purpose of marketing and other business activities, the import of which is subject to customs duty and VAT. 

ABC.AZ reports that from now on, the state duty will be 20 manats for mobile devices whose market price does not exceed $100 and does not have photo, video and Internet access functions.

The state duty for devices with market price of up to $100 will be 30 manats; at market price from $101 to $200 - 50 manats; from $201 to $400 - 60 manats; 
from $401 to $700 - 70 manats; from $701 to $1,000 - 100 manats; over $1,001 - 150 manats.
