November 1, Fineko/abc.az. A proposal made to raise the rates of the state duty for the registration of securities and their entry into the state register. 

ABC.AZ reports that it is proposed to increase the duty for the approval of the securities issue prospectus up to 220,300 manats if the issue amount is up to 99,000 manats. When the amount of the issue ranges from 99,000 up to 198,000 manats the duty will increase up to 440,600 manats and when the amount of the issue exceeds 198,000 manats – the duty will be from 880 up to 1,200 manats. 

The duty for the state registration of the issue of certificates of deposit is proposed to be increased from 1,100 up to 1,500 manats.
