November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Specialists of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AQTA) and employees of the Federal Service for Veterinary & Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) conducted joint video monitoring at tomato production enterprises operating in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ was informed at AQTA that information about health-improving activities carried out at institutions and the results of conducted research was regularly provided to the Russian side. 

In total, to date, the relevant authority of the Russian Federation has issued a permit for the export of products to Russia to 205 tomato producer enterprises. 
Currently, the export potential of enterprises allowed to export tomatoes to Russia is 360,133 tons (200.1% of the volume of tomato products exported to Russia during 2020).
