Four apartments of Standard Insurance put up for auction

November 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Liquidation Commission of insurer Standard Insurance, which is in the process of liquidation, determined the total sale price of 4 (four) apartments, united after reconstruction, owned by the company, in the amount of AZN 1.15 million. 

ABC.AZ reports that the auction will be held by Real Estate Auction Center LLC at 11 am on 12 November 2021 at address: Baku city, Yasamal district, M. Rahim Str., 4A. 
To participate in the auction, the participant must make a deposit of 1% of the sale price, that is, 11,500 manats no later than 1 day before the auction day.
