November 11, Fineko/abc.az. The State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan has drawn up a protocol on an administrative offense against Diamond Motors, which sells a Japanese automobile brand in Azerbaijan. 

ABC.AZ reports that this protocol was drawn up under Article 485.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to the Absheron District Court. 
In accord with Article 485.2 of the Code the failure to submit a brief import declaration in e-form prior to the import of goods into the customs territory in cases provided for by the Customs

Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan entails the imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of 1,000 manats, on legal entities in the amount of 1,500 manats.
