Unregistered apartments not to be taxed

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. Due to the lack of documentation for some apartments, citizens were taxed when they were sold.
 
ABC.AZ reports that steps are already being taken to solve this problem. Thus, it is envisaged that if a citizen has documents confirming residence in this residential building for at least 3 calendar years (certificates of utility organizations), he will not be subject to simplified tax. The proposed package of amendments to the Tax Code has already been submitted to Milli Majlis.
