Sale of housing on subsidized terms starts in Ganja

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. The State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) has announced the subsidized sale of apartments in the next project - the Ganja residential complex.
 
ABC.AZ reports that the subsidized sale of 188 repaired apartments in the complex on the Azerbaijani Flag Street will begin on 23 December 2021 and will end on 30 December 2021. Only citizens who have an e-cabinet in the Subsidized Housing System have the right to receive housing.
 
2-room apartments in the complex cost AZN 48,263 manats, 3-room ones– AZN 63,521, and 4-room ones – AZN 81,685.
