November 25, Fineko/abc.az. Educational student loans in all countries are subsidized by the State, Deputy Education Minister Idris Isayev stated at today’s briefing.

ABC.AZ reports that the deputy minister said that education indicators are stimulated.

"Students belonging to a socially vulnerable group are provided with benefits. The loan is paid by banks. The purpose of issuing student loans is to ensure student access to the education system, as well as to expand the field of education. It is difficult for students of fee-paying universities to pay tuition, and some of them stop their education after a certain period. This system opens up new opportunities for students. Our other goal is to motivate quality indicators of education, which will eliminate the social difficulties of students from socially vulnerable groups. This is an indicator of the growth of financial support for the state education system," Isayev said.
