The largest amount of social assistance per person, issued by districts, was recorded on Gobustan.

The amount of monthly targeted state social assistance in this district is 66.72 manats.

After Gobustan, the highest average monthly state social assistance was given in Bilasuvar district (66.16 manats). Shamkir district (64.98 manats), Absheron district (64.81 manats), Tovuz district (64.70 manats), Oguz district (64.21 manats) took the first places among the cities and districts where the highest social assistance was provided after Bilasuvar district.
