Court decision: Term of arrest of ex-minister extended

December 6, Fineko/abc.az. The term of arrest of former Minister of Labor & Social Protection Salim Muslimov has been extended.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Sabail District Court that about two weeks ago the court considered the filing petition of the investigative body on the extension of the preventive measure chosen against the ex-minister in the form of detention.

At the trial in the Sabail District Court the filing petition was satisfied, and the term of Muslimov’s arerst was extended for another 3 months.

Salim Muslimov was detained by the State Security Service in February of this year.
