New NBCO set up in Azerbaijan

December 7, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service has registered SF AZERBAIJAN, a non-bank credit organization with authorized capital of AZN 300,000.

ABC.AZ informs that NBCO's legal representative is Fuad Muradov. The NGO was registered on 28 September 2021.

On 9 September, the STS registered COIL LLC. The authorized capital of the company is AZN 2.904 million. Its legal representative is Niyaz Gulaliyev.

On 17 September, ASK TÜTÜN LLC was registered by the tax authorities. The authorized capital of the company is AZN 6.148 million. Its legal representative is Eldar Mammadov.
