December 7, Fineko/abc.az. “Netflix has its own quality control mechanism. It covers both the technical and creative quality of the movies to be shot. Therefore, these projects are being evaluated,” ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture.

According to the Ministry, during the visit of Culture Minister Anar Karimov to Turkey in early 2021, along with cooperation discussions in many areas of culture, meetings were held in the field of cinema, and preliminary talks with Netflix Turkey were one of those meetings.

“Currently, there are several ambitious projects that we work on them, we consider placing them on the Netflix platform after handing over them. Works are underway in this direction," the Ministry stresses.
