December 14, Fineko/abc.az. State standard AZS 904-2021 “Vodka and special vodkas. General technical conditions" has been passed with the purpose to improve the quality of alcoholic beverages.

ABC.AZ reports that the standard defining quality requirements in the field of dark alcoholic beverages was developed on the basis of international norms and rules, modern achievements of science and technology.

Based on the submission of the Technical Committee for Standardization "Viticulture & Winemaking Products", the draft standard was approved by public legal entity Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization, subordinate to the State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision & Control of the Consumer Market, and added to the State Fund of Normative Documents on Standardization.
