December 28, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the Law on Medical Insurance in Azerbaijan the provision of medical insurance services at the expense of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund is exempt from VAT for another 1 year.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft amendments to the Tax Code. According to the document, the above-said deferral from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021 has been postponed for 31 December 2022.
