Vladimir Putin congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on New Year

December 30, Fineko/abc.az. Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the New Year, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Kremlin press service.

The letter reads that the meetings of two states’ heads in Moscow and Sochi in the outgoing year fully confirmed the strength of the strategic partnership between Russia and Azerbaijan.
