January 7, Fineko/abc.az. With the support of the Hi–Tech Park of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, the new resident BEYT LLC will organize the production of smart beehives.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Agriculture that sensors of temperature, humidity, light, atmospheric pressure, scales that will measure the volume of the product will be placed in the intelligent hives planned for production. Besides, software will be developed to transmit to the farmer the data on the location, opening and closing of hives.

At the initial stage, it is planned to start working with a staff of 20 people. The annual production capacity of the enterprise will be 500,000 smart hives.
