January 11, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved the draft amendments to the Tax Code and the Law on Customs Tariffs.

ABC.AZ reports that at the end of Article 164.1.55 of the Code, the dot sign is replaced by a semicolon and is supplemented with Article 164.1.56 as follows: as part of the clearance of Azerbaijan’s occupation-liberated territories, as well as other territories affected by war and military operations, mines and unexploded ordnance, explosive devices and explosives, from 15 October 2021 to 15 October 2026, all types of machinery and equipment, technical means and devices, their spare parts imported into Azerbaijan, personal armor protection equipment (clothing), tools, sapper dogs, explosives and pyrotechnic substances are exempt from customs duties and taxes.
