January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Units of the Armenian Armed Forces again fired Azerbaijan from the positions located in Yukhari Shorja settlement of Basarkechar region from 23:20 to 05:10 on 11 January in the direction of Zeylik, Yellija of Kalbajar region, as well as Chinarli, Muganjig villages of Shamshaddin region.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense that Armenians fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani Army located in the direction of Munjuglu, Agbulag, Gosha, Kokhanebi and Asrik Jirdakhan settlements of Tovuz region with intermittent firearms and machine guns.

According to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, the aggravation of the situation by Armenia along the border of the two states without any special grounds and in violation of the obligations assumed within the relevant trilateral statements is a purposeful military provocation and military adventure.

As a result of the retaliatory actions of our units, the enemy's firing was suppressed. There are no losses among personnel and equipment. Currently, the situation in this direction is stable.
