Private and country houses in Baku observe decline in cost

January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Last month, prices for individual residential and country houses decreased in Baku.

ABC.AZ informs that consulting company MBA Group, which annually and monthly publishes data on house prices in Baku, reported that in December 2021 the prices for individual residential and country houses decreased by 3.03% in the capital.

In December, the cost of a sq m of expensive houses was 1,667 manats, average cost – 968 manats, and cheap cost - 401 manats.

The reduction in the price of individual residential and country houses is linked with decrease in demand for these houses in the winter season.
