AzTV has faced losses again

January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan TV & Radio Broadcasting Company (AzTV) completed 2020 with net loss of AZN 1.819 million (30% less against 2019).

ABC.AZ reports that in 2020 AzTV's earnings totaled AZN 34.369 million (0.4% more against 2019), including income from over-the-counter operations (transfers to the State Budget) – AZN 33.98 million (3.2% more), income from exchange operations – AZN 385,000 (28.8% less) and other operating income – AZN 2,000 (414-fold less).

AzTV’s expenditures for the year amounted to AZN 36.16 million (1.6% less), salary expenses AZN 20.57 million (8.2% more), depreciation expenses AZN 4.524 million (6.7% less), and other operating expenses AZN 10.37 million (12.6% less).
