Apartment prices in Russia increased by 30%

January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Prices on the primary housing market in Russia increased by an average of 30% last year.

ABC.AZ reports that this information is contained in the study of federal portal "World of Apartments", conducted in 70 cities with the population of over 300,000 people.

"Prices for new buildings in large Russian cities increased by an average of a third and broke another record. In the whole country, the average price per sq m in new buildings is 93,563 rubles per sq m (+32.3% a year), the average cost of an apartment was 5.13 million rubles (+28.1%)," the study says.
