Single page of Spider-Man comic sold for over $3.36 million

January 14, Fineko/abc.az. A single page from a 1984 Spider-Man comic book was sold for $3.36 million at Heritage Auctions in Texas.

ABC.AZ informs that the illustration dates back to 1984.

The page was the original artwork by Mike Zeck and shows Spider-Man with a black costume for the first time.

Joe Maddalena, vice president of Heritage Auctions, clarified to the TV channel that after the page of the Spider-Man comic book, a high-precision copy of the first issue of Superman was sold. This lot went under the hammer for $3.18 million.
