Economy Minister: Growth of Azerbaijan's non-oil GDP in 2021 becomes a record over past 7 years

January 18, Fineko/abc.az. The growth of Azerbaijan's non-oil GDP in 2021 made up 7.2%, which is the highest indicator in the last 7 years, ABC.AZ reports, citing Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov.

"In the period of continuation of the pandemic and the post-war period, GDP growth rate in the non-oil sector of the economy made up 7.2%, which is an important achievement," the minister wrote on his Facebook page.

According to the minister, the last time the growth rate of 7% in the non-oil sector was recorded in 2014.
