A new legislative act on registration of houses without documents to be drafted

January 21, Fineko/abc.az. A new legislative act on registration of houses without documents will be prepared in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that responding to a request from the State Service for Property Issues the Economy Ministry informed that the process of registering houses without documents will begin after the adoption of the relevant legislative act.

The State Service did not answer the question about which houses cannot be registered, since a legislative act on this has not been adopted.
