January 25, Fineko/abc.az. The amount of incentive allowances for specialist doctors in surgical and radiological specialties will amount to 6,500 manats, and in therapeutic and pediatric specialties - at least 5,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that this was announced on 24 January by Aynura Ahmadova, the official representative of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, at a briefing on Agency’s report for 2021.

She noted that the monthly official (tariff) salary of a doctor working in the specialties of therapeutic and pediatric profile is 415-487 manats in 9-13 degrees in accordance with the single tariff plan.

"Upon receipt of an additional 5,000 manats, the total amount is 5,415-5,487 manats. The monthly official (tariff) salary of a doctor working in the specialties of surgical and radiological profile is 450-528 manats in accordance with 11-15 degrees.

Upon receipt of an additional 6,500 manats, the total amount is 6,950-7,028 manats. The financing of the program is carried out at the expense of funds provided for these purposes in the budget of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for 2022," Ahmadova said.
