Spark has bought a concrete plant in Gabala

January 25, Fineko/abc.az. Spark LLC, one of the largest concrete suppliers in Azerbaijan, has acquired a concrete plant in Gabala.

ABC.AZ reports that Spark bought Gabala Concrete Plant Gilan LLC (TIN: 4400427411), which was once part of Gilan Holding LLC.

The legal name of the plant is Gabala Concrete Plant Gilan LLC was renamed into Spark Qabala Beton LLC. Spark Qabala Beton LLC was established in 2010.

Although at the time of creation the authorized capital was only 100 manats, at present it is 50,100 manats.
