Ilham Aliyev: Our cooperation with EU enters a new stage

February 4, Fineko/abc.az. Cooperation between the European Union and Azerbaijan has entered a new stage.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made such a statement, when receiving a delegation led by EU Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson.

The head of state noted that more than 10 years have passed since the signing of the joint statement with the EU on cooperation in the energy sector.

He noted that EU-Azerbaijan cooperation in this area has entered a new stage and continues within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor. He said that this project was successfully completed under conditions of joint cooperation and coordination.
