February 10, Fineko/abc.az.  President Ilham Aliyev has received Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs & European Integration of Moldova Nicu Popescu, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that President Aliyev recalled with pleasure his meeting with Moldovan President Maia Sandu last December in Brussels, and pointed out the great potential for all-round development of cooperation between the two countries.

In his turn, speaking on the principle of solidarity for nearly 30 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Minister Popescu noted that Azerbaijan and Moldova have always supported each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
