Anti-science restrictions relaxed in Georgia

February 22, Fineko/abc.az. Quarantine centers and hotels for patients with COVID-19 will cease operations in Georgia from 1 March.

ABC.AZ reports that the decision on this was made at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordination Council of Georgia.

Under the decision, the permissible number of people sitting at the same table has increased in an enclosed space - up to 10 people, in open spaces - up to 15 people.

According to the Council's decision, restrictions on holding conferences, seminars and trainings will be lifted in Georgia from 15 March, and the application of rules prohibiting the gathering of more than 60 people will be suspended.

The mandatory use of medical masks may be abolished in Georgia in the coming days.
