President Aliyev: A historic document to be signed between Azerbaijan and Russia today

February 22, Fineko/abc.az. An important historical document between Azerbaijan and Russia will be signed today.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this during his Moscow meeting with his Russian counterpart.

The document covers the most important areas of interaction between the two countries and will be of crucial importance for bilateral relations.

"The agenda is very extensive. This visit is special. This is the 48th time I’ve been in Russia as president, but this is a special case, because today we are signing such an important document of a historical nature," the Azerbaijani president emphasized.
