As part of the execution of the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated December 29 , 2021 , the assignment of War Veteran title to the military personnel of the Ministry of Defense who participated in combat operations for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the period from 27 September to 10 November 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that the Ministry's servicemen were awarded the title of War Veteran and Presidential Scholarship.

At the time of the appointment of the president's monthly scholarship to a war veteran, an SMS message about this, as well as about at which bank he will receive a scholarship card, is sent to the phone number that is indicated in the person's name.
