March 4, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has made changes to the Procedure for renting residential premises by Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund with the obligation of sale", approved by decree from 25 January 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, the head of state signed a decree.

Under the decree, it will now be possible to pay ahead of schedule in full or in part the cost of purchase of apartments leased through the state line.

Until now, this was possible after at least 3 years from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement.
