March 10, Fineko/abc.az. Expert Natig Jafarli has commented on the situation in Russia.

ABC.AZ reports that in addition to sanctions and job closures, the expert touched upon the ban by the Central Bank of Russia on selling dollars in the country until September.

He noted that this would lead to the emergence of a black market: "Even the USSR could not prevent the black market of currency transactions, and Russia, drowning in corruption, will not be able to do this at all. On the other hand, there is also shortage of goods in Russia, the counters are empty, which again will lead to the appearance of farcists, sales from under the counters, as it was in the Soviet times, and after a while food stamps may be put into circulation in Russia. That is, the wish of Putin and millions of Russians who believe in him is being fulfilled – they are completely restoring the USSR in a separate country, in Russia..."
