March 29, Fineko/abc.az. Compared with 2019, the number of eco-friendly and new cars imported in Azerbaijan has increased.

ABC.AZ reports that expert Eldaniz Jafarov stated about this at a press conference on the topic "Operation of eco-friendly cars and clean environment in Azerbaijan".

The expert also touched upon the activities carried out in connection with the disposal of environmentally harmful cars, and stressed the importance of interaction between the private sector and the state for their implementation.

Jafarov pointed out that the state is more interested in the operation of eco-friendly cars: "Therefore, work can be carried out in the near future to ensure access to eco-friendly cars. To do this, the private sector and governmental agencies should work in close cooperation."
