Shusha declared Cultural Capital of Turkic World

March 31, Fineko/abc.az. The city of Shusha has been declared the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World for 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decision was made at a meeting of the TÜRKSOY Permanent Council in the Turkish city of Bursa.

This year the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World is the city of Bursa.
