On 4 May, Hyatt Regency hosted Human Capital Forum 2018 by the Azerbaijan Banks Association.

KPMG in Russia Advisory professionals Oksana Shadrina and Marianna Danilina delivered presentation on “Innovations on Human Resources as per the international experience, views of foreign experts on innovations”, Svetlana Tkach presented “Automation opportunities of digital HR / HR processes”, covering mainly the increasing involvement of robotization in business HR processes and procedures.

The purpose of this forum is to exchange experience on encouraging staff to support innovations in the field of human resources and discuss the opportunities for applying in Azerbaijan the trends observed in the international arena.

Other participants and speakers represented various companies from all sectors, and after the business program, a lively discussion and Q&A was held.
