MP proposed to fine those who caused damage to state

April 15, Fineko/abc.az. "Why is a person who hid 50,000 up to 100,000 from customs fined 3-fold size, but not fined for damage to the state?"

ABC.AZ reports that MP Aziz Alekperli stated about this during the discussion of the draft amendments to the Criminal Code at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

The MP points out that it would be better if this issue was considered: "Fines for damage to the state should also be taken into account in legislation. In this case, both the damage and the fine would be reimbursed."
