April 21, Fineko/abc.az. U.S. President Joe Biden said that Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is waging war against Ukraine, is responsible for the recent increase in inflation and fuel prices in the country.

ABC.AZ reports that Biden wrote in a post on his Twitter account that he is aware that families across the country have been struggling with rising prices lately: "It is families who feel this when fuel prices rise. Let's be frank, Covid-19 and Vladimir Putin are responsible for the price increase in the country,” he wrote.

Saying that he is doing everything possible to reduce rising prices, Biden said that in this context he met with oil producers and the U.S. is bringing 1 million barrels of oil per day from strategic oil reserves to the market.
