Bakitikishsanae shareholders to discuss the company's future

April 22, Fineko/abc.az. A general meeting of the shareholders of Bakitikishsanae OJSC will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that at the annual general meeting to be held on 4 June 2022 the annual balance sheet (distribution of losses and profits), the report of the audit commission on the financial & economic activities, based on the results of 2021, discussion of further activities of the company and decision-making on it, organizational issues (consideration of the composition of the management board, supervisory board and the audit commission).
