Istanbul Hospital doctor becomes a victim of fraud

April 29, Fineko/abc.az. Fraud in the amount of 10,000 manats was committed against the doctor of Istanbul Hospital.

ABC.AZ reports that the incident occurred on the territory of Binagadi district of Baku.

Thus, citizen Ilham Garibov promised hospital doctor Aziz Guliyev to sell a computed tomography machine for 10,000 manats, but did not fulfill the promise.

Later, Guliyev managed to recover part of the material damage suffered.

As Garibov did not return the rest of the amount - 2,300 manats, Guliyev appealed to the 5th police division of Binagadi district.

Garibov was detained, and the material damage to Guliyev was fully compensated.
