May 4, Fineko/abc.az. Israeli Agriculture Minister Oded Ferrer, together with a group of specialists, is to visit Azerbaijan in two weeks.

ABC.AZ reports that one of the main topics of negotiations in Baku will be the export of wheat to Israel. Analysts note that currently Azerbaijan does not produce enough wheat for export.

Nevertheless, the republic intends to implement a large project to expand grain production.

Israel, in turn, is ready to provide Azerbaijan with the latest technologies in the field of agriculture. It is believed that the purchase of wheat from Azerbaijan will be possible by 2025.

As a whole, Israel is ready to help the development and promotion of agriculture in Azerbaijan.
