Loğman OJSC shareholders plan a meeting

May 5, Fineko/abc.az. On June 30, 2022, at 11 am, the next annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in the administrative building of Loğman OJSC at the address: Davud Aslan Street, 2, Baku city.

ABC.AZ informs that the report of the Board of Directors on the results of 2020 and 2021 is on agenda.

Also, on agenda are such organizational issues as the selection of the chairman and members of the Management Board; the election of the chairman and members of the Supervisory Board; the election of the chairman, members and inspector of the Internal Audit Committee.
