Lukoil buys Shell Oil filling stations – Contract signed

May 12, Fineko/abc.az. Lukoil acquires Shell Oil, which owns more than 400 Shell gas stations and a plant for the production of lubricating oils in Russia, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Lukoil.

Lukoil announces the conclusion of contracts with Shell subsidiaries for the acquisition of Shell Oil's 100% equity stake in retail sales of petroleum products and the production of lubricating oils in Russia. 
"Speech is mainly about 411 Shell gas stations located in the Central and North-Western Federal Districts, and a plant for the production of lubricating oils in Tver Oblast," the company says.
